you were right john... it took me over an hour to get home. however, i did stop for coffee at Blue Moon before getting on the bus. i also got off a few miles from my house to walk (that bus line was turning), and i stopped at the library to get a couple books about Africa (woohoo!) and to pay a fine.
the last couple of days have been off work so i've gone into UH to help with filing and stuff around the office. it's really good to be around people again... :) ones that live outside of my home.
anyone ever taken Amtrak anywhere?
it looks like i'll be riding it from St Paul to Grand Rapids, MI...solid 15 hours in the train. nice.
any book recommendations for the ride?
